Returnships@Sara Lee^SM is a program designed to provide opportunities for mid-career individuals re-entering the workforce after having been away for a number of years. Designed as internships for experienced professionals, Returnships@Sara Lee allows individuals to re-engage with the corporate world through flexible, meaningful work while also “testing the waters” prior to exploring permanent – likely flexible – roles. Returnships@Sara Lee individuals will also participate in relevant business, industry, job-specific and technology education.
